The following tables list the types and quantities of food offered to the participants of the races. Each athlete can, on his own initiative, carry additional liquid or solid food of their choice in addition to the supplies to be offered by the organization. An important element in the aspect of refreshment is the absence of disposable plastic cups. Hence, each athlete is responsible for the selection of the utensil (cup, pot, bag, bottle, water bottle, etc.) which must be appropriately manufactured so that it can receive fluids. The quantities of liquid will be offered in a practical dispenser by the staff of the stations. For reasons of speed, the athletes should have containers with wide mouth for quick filling. Athletes are responsible for carrying one or two containers in order to receive water and isotonic drink in separate bottles. Each athlete can take ONLY one(1) gel, at whichever station this will be offered.
